A few reminders/notes for you:
We have a few young parishioners who are part of the HS/MS Drama Department's production of Mary Poppins, which begins Thursday at 6:30PM in the auditorium at Spencer County Middle School. Other performances are Friday at 7PM; Saturday at 2PM and 7PM; and again on Sunday at 2PM. Ticket prices are $5 for students and $8 for adults. You may also want to consider having "Tea with Mary" from 12:30-1:30PM on Saturday.
Parish Council Nominations continue this week and end on Sunday, May 22nd. A registered parishioner may nominate himself/herself, or another registered member, to service in this consultative role. Ballots are on both tables in the back of church and completed ballots can be placed in the box provided on the table near the Reconciliation/Cry Room. Please consider offering your time and talent to serve in this ministry.
The deadline to submit news for our Saints Alive newsletter is Monday, May 16th. Please share your family news and/or your committee's news by emailing our editor, Gina Vaile-Nelson, at saintsalivenewsletter@gmail.com.
The Knights of Columbus will host their monthly Chicken Dinner this Sunday, from 12-2PM in the Parish Hall.
We will celebrate the great feast of Pentecost this weekend, and you might consider wearing red, the liturgical color of the day.
