Please remember in your prayers the family of Robert "Bob" Gill, who passed away on Saturday, August 13th. Mr. Gill was the one-time owner of Dairy Queen in Taylorsville and a generous supporter of schools, sport teams, churches and other groups in our community. His arrangements are as follows: Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, the 17th day of August, 2016, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville, with Deacon Carl Fahringer officiating. Interment will be in the Valley Cemetery in Taylorsville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M., until 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in peace.
Tammy Carrico has requested prayers for her father, William Mitchell, who is scheduled to have surgery for bladder cancer on Thursday.
