Spotlight On Stewardship

Ever think about participating in liturgical ministries? We have plenty of opportunities for training and service here at All Saints. Contact Deacon Gerry about Communion Minister, Carl Fahringer about lector, Darren Esterle about hospitality (ushering), LaVielle Cecil or Bob Searcy about altar serving, or Mary Creed or Hank Lawson about music. If you’re interested in serving as a minister to the sick or homebound, contact Becky Hornung or Carl Fahringer.

Opportunities for Life is a ministry of Kentucky’s Catholic Church to abortion-vulnerable women and men. Volunteers are needed to answer the helpline from you own home at times convenient to you to offer hope and resources to these people. Training will be offered in your diocese. Contact OFL at 1-888-496-3638 or contact Nancy in the parish office for a volunteer application.

Parish Stewardship:
To streamline the preparation and posting of parishioner donations and to provide backup for verification, we ask that you write your name and the amount of your donation on your envelope. This is helpful when information needs to be verified. If you are making a donation for more than one week, you do not need to use multiple envelopes and checks unless this is what you prefer. Lastly, we want to honor your intentions and remind you that parish donations should go in the parish envelope and any special donations go in the specially marked envelope in front of your weekly stewardship envelope.
Parish Hall Reminder:
All tables and chairs in the parish hall should have plastic tips on the bottom of each leg. If they don’t, please contact Nancy Almony in the parish office to order more. Specific information about products to use in cleaning the floor will be provided soon. Temporary displays may be taped to the walls only with painters’ tape, available in the parish office and in the kitchen area. Thank you for your help.
