The next 165th Anniversary Celebration event at Saint Francis Xavier in Mount Washington this year will be a parish mission led by Father Ron Knott on the evenings of March 20, 21 and 22.
I have attended several missions and retreats led by Father Ron, they were thought provoking, deeply moving spiritual experiences. The parish mission will be a great way for all of us to begin our 2011 Lenten journeys.
The presentations that Father Ron will be giving at Lenten parish missions this year are new. The nightly mission presentations will begin at 7 PM and end at 8 PM in our church.
Father Ron will be the celebrant at all Masses at Saint Francis Xavier the weekend of March 19 and 20, as well as, the 11:30 AM Sunday Mass at All Saints in Taylorsville March 20.
