This summer the priests of Region IX have agreed to collectively offer basic Catechist Certification and Enrichment sessions for our parishioners!
These sessions will be offered every other Tuesday evening, beginning June 14 and conclude August 30. The only class missing for Associate Catechist Certification is the on-line class Overview to Catechetical Ministry (I). These classes will be hosted at St. Joseph’s in the Maloney Room of Flaget Hall in Bardstown.
This is an excellent opportunity for all parishioners to build upon the “Why Catholic? experience, whom might be looking for more background in areas of our faith as part of your adult faith formation enrichment.
Since the priests of our region are presenting the classes, there will be no charge, however they are requesting folks to preregister to help them estimate the number of materials needed.
