Our parishioner Charlie
(Chuck) Howlin is undergoing back surgery today and we ask that you keep him and
his caregivers in your prayers. Charlie is one of our "Neophytes" who joined
the Church at the Easter Vigil. He is the brother of Ernie - and Audrey -
Beeson.
We celebrate the Feast of
Pentecost this Sunday and you might consider wearing red, the liturgical color
of the day. A reminder to our Religious Education Families that we conclude our
scheduled faith formation year with a Pentecost Family Session and Potluck
Brunch on Sunday, in the Parish Hall, beginning at 9:45. Please bring your
favorite dish to share.
As we celebrate
Memorial Day on Monday, we invite you to attend Mass at 9:00AM at our historic
St. Benedict Cemetery, located near Lighthouse Baptist Church, 88 Miller Road.
Mass will be held in Church if it rains.
